Great concept that works poorly
several important problems1. The machine tips over too easily when the water tank is empty and the cord in wound on its holder...it is just a matter of time before something will break.
2. The shut off cleaning dispenser indicater is difficult to read...the only real way you know is when water is pooling on the floor.
3. The dirty water tank only holds 12 0z of solution (the amount of a large cup of coffee) before the vacuum shuts off. The time you spend emptying the tank makes mopping seem quick and simple. Back to the basics!

Clogs constantly!I have small children and this vacuum is just not up to the kind of things they spill.
Unless you are vacuuming dust and only dust I would not recommend this vacuum.

Terrible!I have cleaned and had to entirely replace one of the three filters since then as they are constantly getting clogged. I have to take this outside to empty it because it is so dusty and dirty, I would not want this in my house. I thought the idea behind bagless was that it was easier and cleaner to empty the container than to take out a bag and throw it away. As it is, I am in the driveway with a trashbag over the container every time I clean to empty it and struggling to put the fliters back in "just right" or the top won't stay on.
As was stated in the other review, it will blow dust all over your house.
I am VERY disappointed in this product and am ready to put this where it belongs---on the curb for the trashmen to pick up!

Waste of Money!! DONT Buy
If you are considering this item just throw your money away
Does not perform as shown on tvThe steam is not powerful enough and that it's a plastic unit- you really can't get the performance to steam consistanly. Although the price is right -the performance is not, even on my stove and counter top- not enought power and to much usless pumping, just water no removal of grime.

DO NOT BUYWords of advice - if you buy this vacuum save your receipt. Without receipt you wont be able to use warranty. Just my two cents folks.
P.S. When it works it works GREAT. My wife loves it. I was tempted to give it 2 star just because it does work well. I just worry that in 6 mos this new one will break again and now it will be off of warranty.
1. The Floorkeeper falls over easily . . . particularly when
it's full of solution.
2. You never know when the solution is on or off . . . until
you see a puddle under the machine.
3. After the floor has been washed and you turn on the suction
. . . the suction will stop for some unknown reason. If I empty
the dirty water . . . it will start again . . . but it doesn't
hold very much dirty water.
4. When it does work . . . it works well. But it has so many
problems that it's too much of a hassle to use it. I've gone back to a mop and pail.
Would I recommend it? No way.
